Day 1: arrival & cognac degustation

Arrival to Odessa airport. Meet & Assist. Transfer to the city center with a guide. 

Evening Shustoff factory cognac degustation

Odessa cognac factory is the oldest enterprise of Ukraine. Its history dates to 1863, for today this is one of the most advanced and the most profitable enterprises in Ukraine. The excursion to “Shustoff factory” includes visiting of the factory shops, wine-tasting and cognac – tasting of the best cognacs and aerated wines of Shutoff as well.

The excursion starts from the demonstration of the shop of cognac spirit distillery, the main pride of the factory. This shop is the most advanced and the most powerful not only in the UIC but in Europe as well. One can smoke up to three million hectoliters of wine on 16 apparatuses in a distillation season and to get up to 250 hectoliters of an absolute alcohol.

Day 2: The Ukrainian center of Wine Culture Shabo

The Ukrainian center of Wine Culture Shabo is also very interesting for tourists. It combines operating high technological enterprise, ancient wine cellars, wine tasting hall, exhibition of modern sculptural and architectural art, as well as unique Wine and Wine making museum with cinema. Over there you will learn amazing story about Shabo village and its founder Louis Tardane, Swiss colonist and the first mayor of Shabo. 

Day 3: Tairov wine tour

National Scientific Centre «V.Ye. Tairov Institute of Viticulture and Winemaking» National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine is the leading research institution in the viticulture of Ukraine. Research activity has been started in 1905 from the creation of the first scientific research institute “The wine-making station of Russian grape grower and winemakers”. The founder of the station was a prominent expert in viticulture and winemaking – Vasil Egorovich Tairov.

The trade mark of the Institute “Tairov wines” was awarded with the International Quality Mark “Higher Test” (Kiev, 2004) of the Assembly of Businessmen of Ukraine by , the European Quality Label (Brussels, 2004), marks “100% Natural” (Kyiv, 2009) and “National traditions” (Kyiv, 2015) of the International image program “Leaders of the XXI Century”.

"Guliyev Wines" -this is the first author's wine in Ukraine, by which the authors, father and son, openly claim unsurpassed quality.

The Guliyev family is one of the pioneers of author's winemaking in Ukraine - they planted the first vineyard in the early 2000s, and in 2005 Robert Guliyev founded the brand “Guliyev Wines”. The company annually invests UAH 15 million in agriculture and crop production, produces 8 million bottles of dry wine and 14 million bottles of sparkling wine.

Day 4: Walking city tour

You will visit the key places of city and central streets, including Deribasovskaya - a unique historical and architectural site. Theater of opera and ballet and historical buildings of museums. Walk along Primorsky Boulevard - remarkable panorama will impress you with a view on the marine station, port and sea. Here we will acquaint you with the famous Potemkin stairs.

Visit to Old Oak enoteca

A new tourist site has opened in Odessa - the wine bar-boutique "Old Oak". Its uniqueness is that here you will find a good assortment of not only world brands, but also Local wine & food. Here you can taste various wines of Odessa region, taste cheeses and meat products, enjoy the aromas of spices.
